Basic recipe almond milk basic
One cup of almond two-three cups of water (depending on how thick you want your milk. The more water, the thinner the milk)

Put the almonds in a blender with new water and mix together.
Sieve the milk with a sieve. You do this until the milk is fine. This is also possible with a nursing cloth.

Add the dates with the water to the almond milk and mix.
If you want, you can add coconut or vanilla to the milk. The almond milk can be used like cow's milk.
The milk will keep for a few days in the refrigerator.
