One assessment is: the GG is therefore not intended for the Goyim. It is made for the warehouse managers. The goyim also had no say in the creation of the GG.
As already explained above, the Basic Law applies to “office” employees, everything in the public service.
Not for personnel and certainly not for dead legal entities.
This means that the public can now do everything that is and has been forbidden.
Oh well, they do it anyway.The GG was created, with or without Article 23, to serve as a guide to matters. Everyone now knows how it is interpreted.
However, all orders, regulations and legal decrees are therefore invalid because they all violate the Basic Law or are not valid for the “people”. Because that only ever applies to people in public.
