Not only was the German people not allowed to give itself a constitution, even the highly praised US constitution is just a lie and deceit.
First of all it should be explained that these events do not relate only to the State of America, and if this were as popularly assumed, it would be bad enough. How can it be that a single state strives for supremacy over the whole world? Unfortunately, it's worse. Because today there are two systems that are called the United States.
This example of the United States shows that there is a power behind governments which ruthlessly seeks universal rule. Human lives do not count for these subjects of the English royal house, the English aristocracy and the City of London - as well as for the satanic Vatican.
1. The United States Co.
A company in Columbia that prints paper money for America and is under the direction of a private banking cartel, the FED, wields an American flag framed in gold, whether legal or not, should be examined, and sees itself as the real America,
and
2. The United States of America.
The republic with its 50 states, with its gold and silver rights and a flag without a golden frame (this certainly legal), the cooperation partner.
The cooperation between the two was concluded in 1871 without the knowledge of the American people. For 70 years now, money has been made available to the population by a private company without ever having been informed that they had entered into a contract. They were never asked whether they actually want this for themselves and their descendants.

The American citizen, generally regarded as sovereign, was incapacitated in a treaty, and the treaty is about nothing less than money.
The system that manages the money is also the system that works on world government. It seeks control over the population wherever possible. You call this: Human Resource Management.
For example, the American courts are all owned by the United States Co., a private company, and the public media, television, radio, newspapers, etc., are also owned by them.
American society is not governed by the state, but by money. No state can function without money.

Patriots believe that making money in private banks is forbidden because the constitution says that Congress must approve money making. But that is not said.
Article l, paragraph 8 states:
Congress has the power to make money and control the amount.
This does not mean that Congress alone has the power to make money, nor that it must exercise that right.
Paragraph 10 states that no (American) state should produce coins that are not secured by sufficient gold and silver reserves to ensure the monetary value. Does this also apply to banknotes? Probably not.
An area in Maryland called Washington DC was turned over to a new congress as the District of Columbia in 1871, and a new government that is not part of the Republic was formed to ultimately make money there. This district is home to America's privately owned central bank, the FED, which manages paper money.
The district is protected by a number of effective laws that have been agreed with the rest of America. The founding fathers knew this, they just didn't know the effects of the treaties. That Washington DC has a special position in America can also be seen from the fact that the electorate in Washington DC has not had a representative in parliament for over 200 years.
The Declaration of Independence, an English hoax?
The United States has never been free from control by London. In contrast. It was a London plan. Great Britain and the British Crown always owned, still owns the United States. If you are American and you have never heard this information before, sit down quietly and have a cup of tea, otherwise you may be in shock.
In 1604 a group of politicians, businessmen, economists, businessmen and bankers met in Greenwich, Kent, and formed a partnership called the Virginia Company on the white population of northern America.
The company was owned by King James I and the original version of the regulations for the company was completed on April 10, 1606. These and subsequent changes all have the following content:
The Virginia Company is made up of two independent companies, the London Company and the Plymouth or New England Company. The undersigned agreed in Jamestown on May 14, 1607 to win America as a permanent colony, which was subsequently promoted by the Pilgrim Fathers (now the Pilgrim Society) who reached Cape Cod on the Mayflower in November 1620 and on December 21 1620 went ashore in the port of Plymouth. The pilgrims of American mystical history were actually members of the Second Virginia Company, also known as the New England Company.
The Virginia Company bought what we now call the United States and the whole country 900 miles outside. That also includes Bermuda and everything we know today as the Caribbean Islands. The Virginia Company (the British Crown and blood kin) owned 50% of the rights to minerals and raw materials, and 5% of all company profits. These rights were enshrined for all time.
The Virginia Company's control members were known as the Treasurer and Company of Adventurers and Planters of the City of London (CoL).
For the first 21 years of the Virginia Company's establishment, all income from trade, taxes, etc. was paid directly to the British Crown. No trader could export goods from the colonies without paying taxes to the British crown and so Great Britain became involved in all areas of daily life.
The Virginia Company's land in the colonies was placed under a trust, so no one could acquire gold mining rights. This right could be bought, but the gold mine never belonged to the buyers. The land remained in the possession of the British Crown.
The colonial area was ruled by two colonial councils, each with 13 members, with the royal council in London having the right to decide. The heads of the British monarchy were therefore also the governors of the American colonies, who are now called presidents.
The monarch decided, through the Council of the Colonies, that all residents must become Christians, all immigrants as well as the natives of America. They would have to learn the British language.
With all due respect for God, I decree that the word of God and Christ should be preached not only in the colonies but to all people under threat of punishment, so that doctrine, rights and religion arise as in England.
King James I.
If Native Americans did not adopt the Christian religion, they were persecuted and arrested by the British Crown. An instruction to destroy the culture and knowledge of the North American indigenous people and to bring the white population under the control of the Christian terrorists - and the Calvinist Puritans. Anyone was free to kill, torture, or kidnap an indigenous peoples.
The Virginia Company's land courts were under admiralty law, maritime law, and civil courts under land law. And what is important: All of these systems exist to this day!
After the original 13 American colonies declared independence in 1783, the Virginia Company changed its name to the United States of America. So today there are two Americas, one USA and one USA. The United States of America with a lowercase u and a lowercase s represents the various countries that are still owned by the British Crown.
And there is the United States of America, with a capital U and a capital S, which spans the 68 miles of land west of the Potomac River; the area of the capital Washington DC and the district of Columbia. The US protectorates of Guam and Puerto Rico are also included. The United States of America is not a country, but a company owned by a brotherhood of blood related reptiles (see also the next pictures), which owned the Virginia Company. The USA is the Virginia Company!
In order for America to have social security, the citizens of the United States had to sell their sovereignty to the United States (the Virginia Company of the British Crown).
And they did this because they didn't know. They are used to believing in their own state and that the government is a real government for the people. For example, there is no income tax law, but they pay it because they think they have to. The Brotherhood controls counterterrorism and the Americans pay because they think they are being terrorized.
Take a long sip of tea and eat a small bun because there is more.
This also means that all rights are made by the Virginia Company, nationally and internationally, and controlled by British families. An excellent prerequisite for striving for a new world order.
Who rules America?
On October 3, 1213, King John, as King of England, determined that England's autonomy would end and handed power over to the Pope in Rome, who, as vicar and Christian, was to rule over all people in the world.
In return, the Pope guaranteed dominance for the English crown. In other words, the British Crown is the executive and the Vatican is the owner, or whoever controls the Vatican is the real owner.

The American legal system

The Uniform Commercial Code
American courts sit under the golden frame flag of the British Admiralty (under the UCC Uniform Commercial Code).

How did the United States come about?
The United States is not a state, it is a company.
To understand what really happened to the republic, we have to look back to the time of the civil war. We have to go back to 1871, which was the beginning of the fall of the republic. By taking note of this, you will learn the history of United States and will be able to figure out the mystery of America.
Only then can we answer the question of whether or not Americans are a free people. So let's look back in time for a moment. It is time we learned what no school taught us. However, this story is arguably much more interesting than the one you learn in schools.
It was February 21, 1871, the 41st Congress. I am reciting the agenda of the 41st Congress, Paragraph 34, Session III, Chapters 61 and 62. On this historic day in American history, Congress penned an article entitled: An Act to Form Government for the District of Columbia. This act became known as the 1871 Act. Why? Because Congress created a separate regulation for a district only ten miles. What? How could he do that? Perhaps even better to ask: What made him do it?
The act of 1871 was created at a difficult time. The American nation was almost bankrupt after the Civil War, bled to death by the long civil war.
The civil war was nothing more than a well-calculated measure by some background actors, a strategic move by European interests, organized by international bankers who wanted to gain influence over America.
Congress recognized America was in financial straits, and they reached an agreement with the British banking house Rothschild, which at the time was stretching its fingers all over the world. When we think of banks, we know: They never borrow money without a profit of their own. In doing so, you create dependencies among your borrowers.
And that is exactly what happened in 1871. The only condition the international bankers were willing to lend to America was the creation of a government for the District of Columbia.
And in doing so, they ultimately found a brilliant way of influencing all of America. A price that seems far too high for us today, but seemed a solution for the people of the time. In this context the United States Cooperation came into being. For now only for one district.
But this company, originally created out of mutual interests, changed its face and turned the original America into a dark corner. In the wake of the act of 1871, the bankers came and asked for a cooperation agreement. A contract between the District of Columbia and the rest of America. They would cancel the debt for this. The founding fathers gratefully accepted. So a cooperation agreement with the title: The United States of America was created. It was not just a new state with its own government and legislation. But also the new United States of America. This time decided between the District of Columbia (now Washington DC) and the rest of America.
What nobody had considered: The treaty replaced the old treaty on the United States. Let's meditate on this for a moment. The treaty does not include a republic. It is only about cooperation between two states. It's not good for Americans, and he put the legal system outside of the original agreement.
Even if the Congress calls for measures against the people who have abrogated the sovereignty of the Declaration of Independence by an agreement, this still remains a legal transaction. In other words, while the government was formed independently, the Americans were free citizens with the highest authority, but only until this treaty.
No government is independent. Let's take a look at the Declaration of Independence, where we read:
The government is a subject of the governed.
This statement empowers us to be independent.
Do Americans Really Feel Independent Today? Do the Germans feel independent? Not me!
The American government has not been a subject of the governed since that time, but rather, the governed are a subject of cooperation, which extends its tentacles from the 10-mile zone to all of America. Who likes being ruled by a manipulating company?

So if the American government wants a treaty to cover the whole of America, they write, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, they don't want it, they just say, United States.
That's because there's a company with the exact same wording, the Virginia Company, now renamed the United States. Incidentally, 50 of the 55 delegates who worked out the Basic Convention of the United States were professing Freemasons and only one professed not to be a Freemason. Benjamin Franklin, born in Boston, was one of the diplomats who denied peace with Great Britain and who helped draft the Declaration of Independence, one of the 56 who signed it. He was also active in creating the United States Co. He was a Freemason. Franklin was the Grand Master of the Pennsylvania Grand Lodge and published the first book on Freemasons in America. He was a member of Sir Francis Dashwood's Hellfire Club, including with the Collins family of Satanists. Benjamin Franklin, John Adams and John Jay
The men of the War of Independence.

The United States is still a British colony.

If you read the rest of the Virginia Charter you will see that the British King has all power over trade in this colony. That he had to be granted a license to travel in order to ship commodities and that he has a stake in the natural resources. A big deal for the king came in 1783, the time of the declaration of independence.
The Revolutionary War was over and won when Cornwallis and Washington took Yorktown. All Americans then thought that the king was defeated and that they would have peace.

He was finally defeated in the Revolutionary War! Why did these upright American patriots sign such a deal when they knew it would override the Declaration of Independence and change the outcome of the Revolutionary War?
If America had won the Revolutionary War, the King would have given the Americans their land and gone. Then he does not dictate the terms of a peace treaty in the position of the stronger; that means:
America never won the war.
Worst of all, many gave their lives without ever having a chance at peace. When Cornwallis came to Washington to end the war, they did not end a war.

So who won the Revolutionary War?
The feeling creeps in that you have been lied to by your forefathers and that you are still being lied to about whether America is a free and sovereign country, when after the Revolutionary War it actually had the same status as before. In all honesty, this status is even worse than before.
It is not an easy thing to tell something like this to someone who previously believed they were a free person.
But we have to understand that the United States is a company based on some treaties with the British King. And that the state lost its alleged independence through sub-cooperation and subordination to the United States. The countries became sub-partners under the State Charter.
The US Constitution is a cooperation agreement between states and the king. The Council of States still exists today; it has only been modified over the years. The first major change came in 1776, in the North Carolina Accords. The king continued the rules through the Council of States and some institutions like his bank, his law and his tradition. The king told the people that they would be free by teaching this to the people in schools. After the civil war, the conquest of America, he allowed the Council of States through his officials. Under the North Carolina Constitution, concluded in 1776, it was illegal for its officials to be a member of the State Council. Why? Because the king did not want to be the strong man, but wanted everyone to feel free. After the civil war, the Council of States was no longer necessary to secure the king's public supremacy. The Council of States still exists today, but in a different form than when the King left. The next shock: America's tax system
