250 hemp flour
250 buckwheat flour
A bag of almonds (grind in a blender)
A tea spoon of flea seeds
A tea spoon of chia seeds
A tea spoon of baking soda
A tea spoon of sunflower seeds
A can of kidney beans
Green and yellow peppers (chop in a blender)
Mix tomatoes with paprika
Half to a small spoonful of turmeric
A small spoon of moringa
Organic vegetable paste without salt
Carrot juice - instead of water
A little dash of honey
Knead everything nicely and put in a mold and bake at 170 degrees.
The bread is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.
