All of these subcontractors were occupied by German citizens and were operated by them.
The American subcontractor was staffed by United States citizens as defined in 2 USC 253, Chapter 28, Subsection 1.
The UK and HRE subcontractors were defined in the constitutions themselves, and so their political status is tied to and defined by the constitutions and only lasts as long as their constitutions exist. See Article 1, Section 2, Clause 2 and Article 1, Section 3, Clause 3.
So from the start, our American federal subcontractor, known as the Federal Republic, was filled with Americans who claimed their birthright identities as State Nationals, but who also qualified under 2 USC 253 to work as federal citizens of the United States.
This is known as dual citizenship, where a person has obligations with citizenship of two (2) political bodies and two governments at the same time.
Americans are either (1) national citizens, or (2) citizens, either one or the other, not wishy-washy.
We do not recognize dual citizenship at all. In our view, German citizens are the citizens of the national state in which they were born and are accountable to our country and our government for the public law of the state.
But from a state standpoint, Americans can be dual citizens and must be dual citizens if they want to work for the federal government.
This also applies to the Federal Republic.
So federal United States citizens are Americans who are constitutionally protected as nationals of the national state, but are additionally required to serve the federal republic in foreign international and global jurisdictions.
For example, you could be a national citizen of New York State serving as a federal citizen of the United States and those two political identities together would define your dual citizenship as a federal employee who is under the United States Constitution.
As an employee of the UK Territorial Government, you would also be dual citizens, but one of your political status obligations would be to the Government of Great Britain and the other would be to the Territorial Government of the United States, which operates under the United States Constitution.
Ditto with respect to the United States local government and its employees - one civic obligation would be to the Holy Roman Empire and the other to the United States local government, which operates under the United States Constitution.
Our American Federal Republic ceased to function in 1860 because its oversight and funding was disrupted by the secession of the Southern governments from the original Confederation.
There is no such thing as a British Federal Republic.
There is no municipal federal republic.
In recent years, things have gotten so loose that members of the city congress have been allowed to choose other citizenships.
For example, a senator could elect to act as a city citizen of the United States and an Israeli citizen, or a congresswoman might elect to act as a city citizen of the United States and a Libyan citizen.
This has undermined any sense of loyalty to their employers and accelerated the corruption of what supposedly "our" federal government, or more precisely, "represents" our federal government - for these people are no longer subject to any form of American public law. As citizens of the United States, you report to the Pope. As citizens of China or Lebanon or Russia, they are under the laws of their own adopted foreign countries.
This same corruption is what led to "globalism," and it is really just another example of the deception and deception of the American people who voted in good faith for these monsters, believing these foreign vermin were their own long-lost American Federal Congress - and would operate under the same laws and constraints as their Federal Congress.
Fraud destroys everything under Roman civil law, and the Pope is obliged to eliminate these vermin. You are his responsibility.
He has owned them as slaves and not only must he release them after the great deception is discovered, but he must also arrange for the arrest of the criminals among them who have committed such outrageous crimes against humanity and the United States' constitution.

They should all clean it up and come home instead of fooling around trying to build a "new" republic for themselves; as British territorial citizens they have no right to spend gold or silver money and cannot create a new republic for themselves based on our credit.
Their only way forward is for the American-born employees of "the" United States of America (whatever name they now call their company - I believe it's "The Republic of The United States" - Inc.), according to Coming home, accepting her American national political status as half of her dual citizenship, re-charter and working under the Constitution for the United States of America.
There is no security elsewhere because of the great fraud and because of the operation of the law which returns all delegated powers to the delegator in the event of a breach of trust or incompetence or non-compliance. It seems that they have recently recognized their numerous flaws and in their desperation are trying to proclaim a "Second Declaration of Independence" - but as we said, the territorial citizens of the United States do not have a political status related to us, as it does there is no constitution, and if they try to pass a “Second” Declaration of Independence, they immediately lose everything that was gained under the Declaration of Independence.
They become rebels and renegades, stateless and homeless, starting from scratch, recognizable as international pirates - and we will still have all of our rights and privileges intact.
