In contrast, the subdivisions of the Catholic Church in the individual states, such as the dioceses or bishops' conferences, have no subjectivity under international law. The ECHR (The European Court of Human Rights) would have jurisdiction to accuse various cases of child abuse, for example, but the Holy See has never acceded to this convention.

Well, here we come to the crux of legal and voluntary enslavement. With the creation of the “person” (by issuing the birth certificate) the author becomes the owner. This is legally based on copyright law. The author is “always the owner”, no matter what. After a government is the author of the “person”, the person is owned, that is, owned by the government. It is of little use if the political understanding of democracy is used. The owner always remains the determining force and will get justice in every jurisdiction.

Now we come a little closer to the core of the "matter":
A legal subject is something “subjective”, a “thing” with which one can “trade” excellently. Trade in property, of course, which is perfectly legitimate. Someone trades in their property. Quite simply, it is an exchange of values generated from the thing (from the subject).

Why was this done? Everyone knows human rights, it is clearly formulated therein that slavery is forbidden, that man is born as a sovereign, spiritual, moral being. So how could he be enslaved?

If you can't enslave people, then you make something else out of them. No human rights law applies to merchandise! So, with one's own property (see “Birth Announcement”), ie “Legal Subject”, “trade” is carried out. If he does not make a decision, he remains a person and voluntarily bears the rights and obligations of the person because this situation already exists. Now one should also know what the person is allowed to do and what is not?
Basically it can be said that the person is not allowed to own any private property, they have an owner who owns their property “with them”. The person also has no legal rights, unless there is a law which grants a right (usually only against payment!).

The person has the right to pay taxes because they have privately claimed something from the state institutions. This is broken down and clarified down to the last detail. Every year the owner of the person comes up with new further restrictions and regulations so that the profit is increased further and further. That is what we always feel clearly today.

The person carries the person's activities “voluntarily” and receives a small part back for their own “enjoyment”, for example a pension, which, however, must first be paid in and is also borne by the general public. The owner will never give anything back to people, just as in slavery. All investments in the infrastructure are financed with an annual loan increase (budget deficit) which on the other hand means a profit.

The person is consequently the bearer and sustainer of the so-called state without having any rights himself. The whole thing cannot be called a democracy because of all this, because nobody can transfer something that he does not have himself. The “people” have nothing, so they have no right to choose their representatives. The people do not determine “who” stands for election, they only vote, if at all, among the people proposed by the owner, nothing more than an internal election of the leaders.

The person thus “voluntarily” “serves” a “foreign” owner (mother church and father state) who can legally do whatever he wants with her, even beyond death (inheritance law). The person will only get what the owner determines. Any protest is pointless because there is no right to do so. It was exactly the same in slavery, when the slave was killed rather than giving him anything more than “the ruler” wanted to allow him.
