I bought an oven from Petromax that I can use on my gas stove to bake bread, rolls, cakes, casseroles, soups, etc.... Alternatively, you can also take a look at omnia, but it's smaller.
There was also a baking tray in case a pizza was on the agenda... but you can also cover this second tier in the Petromax oven with another 2 rolls. But please do this at the edge, because the center will be too hot.
I then drilled three holes in a piece of plastic cable duct, then fixed it in the middle with a thick pin and marked two cutting radii on baking paper with a felt-tip pen and cut them out...

I was able to bake a total of 7 rolls on both levels (oven and tray), a maximum of 8 would be possible. Some areas that were too close to the middle fire pipe were covered in soot, but this could easily be scraped away with a knife... craftsmen in a hurry can also use their separator with a brush attachment for this, which is quicker.
In the picture you can see three rolls in the 1,6 liter glass container, but the middle roll pushed the air plug in the center upwards during vacuuming, so that air flowed into the container again after the vacuum pump was put down. That means I had to take out the middle bun again.
I now have a total of 7 freshly baked rolls, so I can bake all my bread needs for the month using 500 grams of flour every Sunday. Once you've done this a few times, it can easily be done in about an hour per Sunday, plus 25 minutes of baking time.
Next, I'm going to look for graphene- and insect-free organic flour and store it in larger quantities, because I don't want to buy from large cabal corporations anymore.
