For my bread, I took half a pack of flax seeds that I had ground and spelled grains that I still had from the farmer, I also ground them, about 180 grams.
A handful of nettles also ground, ground basil, garlic, Himalayan salt, spices such as
Onions, thyme, pepper, dill, cinnamon, paprika, chillies, nutmeg. Made a bread spice out of it and added a tablespoon to the dough. A red pepper and small bush tomatoes, a handful, mix them together and add to the batter, add a little water if the liquid is not enough.
Put everything together in a bowl and knead with your hands.
Then smooth the whole thing in a mold or tray, then let it dry.
As a spice you can also use pizza spice, which is also super tasty.
Pesto with dough also tastes great, or dried tomatoes. There are no borders .
