If you followed this work, you could see the progress and changes. There has been a tremendous amount of knowledge accumulated over the past five years, and at the same time the playing field has changed radically.
Both federal subcontractors, organized as foreign trading companies to provide vital government services, have gone bankrupt. Many of the processes and procedures have changed as a result, but the main actors are still the same: the British monarch, the Pope, the Lord Mayor of London and the people - the citizens of that country.
When successor organizations appeared and tried to “take over” the contracts and obligations of the bankrupt trading companies, we rejected them uniformly and instead settled the matter with the clients. This means that the client remains responsible for the debts and obligations of their subcontractors.
Let me briefly repeat an analogy: I have a contract to deliver milk every Saturday, but I decide to hire someone else to do this job for me. (The Queen hands over her responsibility to the Lord Mayor.) The person I hire instead of me does not deliver the milk, however. (The Lord Mayor fails to comply with constitutional obligations and instead evades them through fraud.)
In fact, not only does he not deliver the milk, he also robs the customer, kidnaps the customer's daughter and holds her as a ransom. (This stands for the administration of the British Crown “Raj” in this country.) So who is responsible for all this damage to my client? It's me.
I should deliver the milk. I am fully responsible for whatever it happened or didn't happen.
In the same way, these principals are fully responsible and held accountable. In observing and investigating the numerous fraudulent bankruptcy proceedings that have taken place since 1907, we have found that postmasters at sea have largely replaced our postmasters on land with the
Result that the people of this country had little to no protection against predatory companies operating on our coasts.
Nobody has “written down” these companies for their heinous behavior and confiscated, ie arrested them and their officials - and punished them for engaging in illegal activities on our shores. This has led to increasing overexploitation and lawlessness, as these corporate criminals did not face public punishment for their private actions.
Under our law, there must be an injured party before our postmaster can issue a confiscation order. So we need to be able to prove damage before such an order can be issued - but once established the cure is safe and cannot be refused within the current system of world government.
We are now in the possession of numerous complaints sufficient to end the activities of these vicious foreign corporations on our shores (at least the activities as they are currently being carried out).
And our postmaster wrote the first seizure order against the Internal Revenue Service, Inc., which goes by the name of the IRS. INC trades.
The postmaster has ultimate local power in the communal system of government.
That means we now have the methods and procedures in hand to bring all of these companies into compliance with public law, the means to punish them, the means to arrest their employees, and the means to liquidate any company engaging in criminal activity on our shores.
