It has come to my attention that certain people who pose as the organizers of the district governments of this country believe that they have access to our post offices in the Admiralty - that is, on the high seas and navigable inland waterways, and that they somehow have the right to to seize our post offices and use them on the mainland.
While this is an interesting theory, it has been proven to be ridiculous and unenforceable, not even for a ship in dry dock - for the following reasons.
We, the United States of America, have the oldest postal treaty on this continent - 1732, and we have had a permanent General Post Office from that date to the present day, with a representative in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the seat of our government.
Notice that I am saying our government - that was founded and instituted in 1727, four years before we received our postal contract from the Holy See.
All post offices and all postal functions began with the Church, and the establishment of the Universal Postal Union in no way suspends the postal treaty owed to the government of the land and soil.
Please also be aware that we are a party to all postal union agreements in the international jurisdiction of the sea, as it is our delegated power that allows our servants, "the" United States of America, to operate a post office at all, and the same goes for the municipal post office.
And not only that: When it became clear that the Municipal Government Corporation would have to be dissolved and all other "governments" were on a similar sleigh ride to ruin, we realized that our employees would be left stateless and without a postal address, so that we acted on their behalf and became a signatory to the American Postal Service, which in 2010 established a regional post office for those who would otherwise be left without service.
In fact, we have four (4) primary postal contracts, along with protective additions, and have held them by land, sea, and air for over two centuries.
So all the bean counters, customs brokers and taxpayers who are employed by us should not be concerned with the pedantry of the post office and the rules, codes and regulations that apply to the postal workers, but with the actual clients they work for and with Employed by: The United States of America, our unincorporated Federation of States of the Union.
Please pass this information on to the post-pedants and inform them of our postal contracts and our ancestral status in all such matters as well as the fact that all positions and post offices in the Admiralty that have to do with this country already belong to us and not subject to their representations under any type of delegated power.
