We include a summary detailing how the legitimate Australian government and constitution owed to the people of Australia was undermined by the British monarchy, using arbitrary changes in word definitions and the creation of a Commander-in-Chief to implement this unlawful and illegal change.
In this way, the British Territorial Government managed to establish dictatorial powers throughout the Commonwealth, and its commercial “service” corporations overthrew legitimate national governments through fraud and deception.
The author of the accompanying disclosure report, Dick Yardley, a dedicated researcher, has done a masterful job of detailing the process used in the other Commonwealth countries to replace national government with illegitimate territorial government - by Sleight of hand and legal fraud.
The criminals who committed this gross wrong in breach of trust and contract of service knowingly repeated and maliciously propagated the fraud committed by Abraham Lincoln in America to the Commonwealth.
Lincoln deceived the public by appearing to be running for and being elected to the public office of President of the United States of America while secretly serving in a private corporate capacity, that of "President" of the United States of America Inc., was active.
This substitution scheme allowed Lincoln to use and abuse the powers of proper public office without anyone noticing.
The military unwittingly accepted Lincoln as Commander-in-Chief, an office attached to actual public office, and never questioned his authority.
This allowed Lincoln, an undeclared foreign agent, to promote and run the entire illegal and unlawful mercenary conflict we know as the American Civil War, and it also allowed him dictatorial powers for the office of Commander-in-Chief and the use of so-called " Promote Executive Orders to command both military and civilian government agencies.
Offenders were so pleased with this substitution scheme in America that they literally created offices of Commander-in-Chief throughout the Commonwealth — as documented by Dick Yardley in Australia — so that they could use this template to subvert the legitimate national governments in British Commonwealth countries as well undermine (turn off).
The problem, of course, is that Lincoln was never the legitimate Commander-in-Chief and had no authority whatsoever to hold offices in our American government, including the office of Commander-in-Chief. Both the original ban on conflicts of interest with foreign countries and the 1819 ratified amendment to the nobility titles ensured this.
So while the British monarch could raise his pen and create a brand new post of Commander-in-Chief in Australia or South Africa or some other British Commonwealth, and then use that post to take over the military and suppress legitimate civilian government, the original template for all these grossly unlawful activities by employees of commercial companies - all carried out in breach of trust and contract - delivered by Abraham Lincoln forty years before the events in Australia.
We want Dick Yardley's claim to be incorporated into, and made a part of, our claim on behalf of our nation-states of the Union and plaintiffs around the world, subject to the same evils and the same erosion of national governments by commercial corporations bound by treaty are required to provide essential government services.
We would like his claim to be extended broadly to all Commonwealth nations on behalf of Australia while further investigations are carried out.
We already know that these Commonwealth nations have all been similarly affected by the same gross breach of trust and breach of contract of service, including but not limited to individual national constitutions, and we also know that the introduction of new offices of Commander-in-Chief has been instrumental in all cases where these nations had their own standing defense forces.
Lincoln was never the legitimate "Commander in Chief" and so everything he did was cheating. He committed gross breach of trust and commercial service contract and, yes, treason in conflict of interest. Because he personally "declared war" on the Southern States, without public office and without a declaration from Congress, responsibility for the destruction and loss of life and everything else associated with the American Civil War rests with the British Crown and the British monarchs and the responsible directors/principals.
Also, the breach of trust and breach of service contracts imposed on the Commonwealth nations are at the hands of the same parties who promote and expand a known criminal system of fraud against the countries and peoples and people of the Commonwealth nations.
We want the immediate return of all delegated powers to the elected national governments and an end to the illegal territorial occupation, ie occupation by mercenary troops in the service of local authorities and their concessions and agencies that we are talking about.
We want the public to be informed that public elections will be announced and that private elections by political parties will no longer take the place of legitimate public elections.
