There is a wonderful exposé that has been circulating in the patriotic community since 2010 entitled Theft by Deception. The author did a great job of framing the Great Deception - the problem is that the people reading it don't have the background to interpret it properly.
So today we're going to take a direct quote from Theft by Deception and I'm going to annotate it so you can read it and know who's doing what and make sense of what's being said.
Let's start by realizing that wherever you see the words "the United States," the author is speaking of a foreign trading company that is a subcontractor of our American government.
Wherever one sees the words "the United States of America," the author is referring to another foreign corporation that is a subcontractor of our American government and sometimes appears as a competitor to "the United States" Incorporated.
Since the 1870s, these two foreign service companies have operated as legal entities, and their operations are overseen by members of the District (Territorial) Congress in two distinct capacities.
As the district convention that you now know as "Congress," they oversee the territorial government of the District of Columbia organized as a commercial corporation providing government services -- that is, the United States of America (Incorporated).
As a city convention, these same members don a different hat and serve as the plenary government of Washington, DC, the interests of another corporation: the United States (Incorporated).
In the following sections of “Theft by Deception,” these corporations and the actions of members of Congress acting as their respective directors are described.
Always remember that actual American government is uncorporated. Also remember that only legal entities can go bankrupt. So our American government has not gone bankrupt, nor has it been sold to anyone or merged with any other company.
All the bankruptcy talk that's been causing so much concern affects our foreign contractors directly — not us.
Although I disapprove of the use of capital letters, today I will use them to distinguish between the words of the actual quote from Theft by Deception and my annotations, which appear in capital letters below:

“On the night of December 23, 1913, the United States Congress passed the Federal Reserve Act, committing the greatest act of CRIME in history.” [NOTE: THE GROUP PERFORMING THIS ACTION IS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MUNICIPAL/MUNICIPAL COMPANY/BODY].
"This group gave up the sovereignty of this nation and sold the American people into slavery to a cabal of arch-charlatan international bankers who proceeded to loot, ruin and conquer this nation with a money scam." “The 'money' that banks spend is just an accounting entry. It costs them nothing and is not covered by their wealth, effort, property, or risk. It is not redeemable except in further debt securities. The Federal Reserve Act has forced us to pay compound interest on thin air. We are now using worthless "promissory notes" backed by our own credit, which we cannot own and for the "privilege" of which we are forced to perform.
[NOTE: THIS IS A GOOD EXPLANATION OF WHAT THE FEDERAL RESERVE ACT HAS PROMOTED AS A FRAUD SYSTEM, BUT WE ARE NOT COMMITTED TO IT. THIS SCAM HAS BEEN ADOPTED BY A COMMERCIAL COMPANY AND APPLIES ONLY TO ITS OWN “CITIZENSHIP” – ITS EMPLOYEES AND DEPENDENTS].
“From 1913 to 1933 the United States paid “interest” with more and more gold. [BY ACTING IN FAULT, THE URBAN SOCIETY HAS “LENDED” OUR GOLD; THEY HAD NOTHING OF OWN]. The structured/structural inevitable soon happened: the treasury was empty, the debt was greater than ever, and the United States [THE CORPORATION] declared bankruptcy.
[NOTE: THEY HOPED THAT BY DEFAULTING BANKRUPTCY THEY COULD AVOID THE NEED TO PAY BACK OUR GOLD - AND IN FACT THEY HAVE PASSED THE COSTS OF THEIR BANKRUPTCY ONTO US, BUT THEIR FOREIGN PRINCIPALS REMAIN RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS FACT AND THE DEBT TO DATE].

In 1933 the United States declared bankruptcy as per Roosevelt Executive Orders 6073, 6102, 6111 and 6260, House Joint Resolution 192 of June 5, 1933, confirmed in Perry v. United States, (1935) 294 US 330-381, 79 L.Ed 912, and in 31 USC 5112, 5119, and 12 USC 95A.”
“The bankrupt United States [CORPORATION] was placed under receivership and reorganized in favor of 115 creditors and new owners. In 1913, Congress handed America... hand over to a handful of criminals whose stated intent from the beginning was to plunder, bankrupt, conquer, and enslave the people of the United States of America and this nation to wipe off the face of the earth. [NOT “AMERICA” — UNITED STATES CORPORATION ONLY]. The goal was and is to absorb America into a one-world private commercial government, a "New World Order."
“On March 9, 1933, President Roosevelt requested the passage of WAR POWERS ACT TITLE 12 USC. Section 95(a) and 95(b). This law declared all United States citizens [ie, THE CITIZENS OF THE OTHER COMMERCIAL COMPANY, THE DISTRICT SERVICE PROVIDER] to be enemies of the United States government and placed us [THOSE YOUR CITIZENS] under permanent emergency rule, circumventing the government's constitutional restrictions.

As you can see/recognize, the situation and standing of actual Americans is very, very different from the situation of federal officials who work for and are dependent on The United States, Incorporated, but if you do so without the in the If you read the expertise contained in the annotations, you would be left with the idea that we are all bound by the same circumstances as federal officials.
This is what perpetrators have always wanted you to think and assume so they can continue to play their deceptive games and prey on the general populace — not just the federal officials who make up the “citizenship” of urban society.
It's up to us to gain the ability to read material like Theft by Deception/Fraud from our own point of view - not theirs. And to value our position and status as Americans, as Americans who are not "members of the city or county."
