The Marshall Plan - Part Two - Who is owed the refund?
Danger! Prosecutor Karim AA Kahn, QC; HE Joan E. Donoughue, HE Kiril Gevgorian, HE Cardinal Dominique Mamberti, Lord High Steward Ivan Talbot, Joint Chiefs of Staff, Antonio Guterres, Secretary General of the United Nations, Bank of International Settlements, Lord Mayor of Inner City of London, and others interested Parties:
Consider this lesson in black magic a necessary part of training to resist the forces of evil in the modern world.
It's the end of World War II. Seventeen countries in western and southern Europe were on the brink of collapse. General George Marshall devised a plan to rebuild these countries and their economies, which worked as follows.
A very large amount of privately held gold owned by the D'Avila Family Trust has been "locked up" for fifty (50) years, meaning depositors have been denied access to their gold for a period of fifty years from the date of deposit was in the hands of the banks.
The banks, thus assured of the gold as collateral for their lending, promptly lent ten times the value of the gold deposits to the devastated countries and their governments, according to the theory of fractional reserve banking.
Fractional reserve banking theory states that on any given day only about 1/10th of people want to withdraw cash from their accounts, so we certainly lend out 90% of our "reserves" as a loan at interest.
So in this crazy (and technically illegal) system, the bank can lend 10 times the value of the assets backing it and only 100% of the gold or other commodity plus 11% of the loan amount as “cash ” kept to pay off the depositors who happen to be reclaiming cash from their deposits.
In other words, the banks are "betting on the margin" and reaping high returns on the interest paid on these "loans," which are technically owed to the heirs of the D'Avila Family Trust and their beneficiaries, not the banks. The banks have no risk and no actual ownership interest in anything.

In 1851 the Spanish courts ruled that the D'Avila assets were not of criminal origin and the custodian of the trust was permitted to deposit these assets in the worldwide banking system. The original agreement for this privilege was for 50 years from the last deposit, which was October 7, 1941, so the heir could not withdraw these assets until October 7, 1991. The outbreak of World War II changed everything. The United States of America, the allied and non-allied nations were looking for a way to rebuild the world after two world wars and the solution was the D'Avila Fortune.
These assets were transferred to Severino Garcia STA Romana as owner so that they could be traded for 50 years to fund a global project to rebuild the world. Due to World War II and the return of assets from Germany and Japan that belonged to the D'Avila Trust, the planning and positioning of these assets took time. The 50-year deal was extended to 2005, as trading in these assets probably didn't start until 1955.
All of the D'Avila Family Trust's assets were deposited starting in 1941, leaving the heirs for sixty-four years to go to bed hungry, waiting for 2005 and the promised end of the "lock" on their funds. They also had reasonable expectations that at least some of the interest earned by the banks would flow back to the trust and that they:
(1) would be able to enjoy a decent standard of living for themselves, and (2) would be able to fulfill the Trust Deed, which stipulates that the funds be used for the "betterment" of mankind.
The year 2005 came and went. More excuses and more reallocations took place. The "Agreement" provided for a 5-year period, extended by a further five years to 2010, on the understanding that the deposits would eventually vest in the disposal of the heirs and beneficiaries. 2010 came and went. Again a back and forth. More excuses.
The fact is that the World Bank, IBRD, BIS and all the other banks had got used to being in control of the D'Avila Trust assets secured in their vaults and had found ways to take advantage of themselves by manipulating markets and seizing actual physical assets in exchange for "loans" that those banks didn't even own. All such credits are due to the Trust less reasonable and customary bank and brokerage charges.
By 2005 and 2010, however, it was apparent that the banks could not possibly repay both the gold and the loans to the D'Avila Trust that came from the interest earned on all of these loans, and continued to swamp themselves, so the negotiations came to a standstill.
In 2005 the so-called “Off Ledger” — frozen asset accounts, left in Limbo Land, all banks and all governments were out of contract to use the gold and carried on as if they had a contract.

What has followed since then has been a banking club feast of crime, greed, irresponsibility, lies and excuses. They all know where the gold that backs their banks comes from. You all know that the gold fortune must be released and the interest earned must be shared with the trust. Most importantly, they all know that the billing is due.
And they all, including Karen Hudes, sit there and shrug like so many monkeys and try to pretend, "Well, hey, this depot hasn't been touched in fifty years...it must be 'abandoned.' …”
This is their favorite excuse for stealing money, especially money held in escrow accounts and "slush funds" that payers of the actual assets are never aware of.
When more than one person, bank, agency or government work together to prevent the owner and/or heirs from recovering their assets, it is considered a conspiracy, a crime with no statute of limitations.
Since these assets were attributed to Severino Garcia STA Romana as the owner and he died in 1974, the assets are protected by an estate with a court-appointed trustee who has been appointed by the United States federal court to investigate Severino Garcia STA Romana's estate , collect and settle. The plaintiff against this estate is the D'Avila Family Trust — the source of Severino Garcia's STA. Romana deposited assets.
The actual heir to the D'Avila family trust, who holds general power of attorney for the trust (there are other heirs, but he has general power of attorney), appealed to federal and international courts and won his cases to get those assets from the authorities and banks holding those assets.
The banks are still trying to circumvent the judgment in favor of the heirs (Sta Romana family), the plaintiffs (Avila family) and the actual beneficiaries, ie all the people of the earth. That makes the banks, and anyone protecting the banks on this matter, criminals - unless they stop their obstruction activities immediately and release the D'Avila custodian accounts and provide the prepaid loans that the Trust are owed in compensation for the freezing of these accounts and the granting of interest-bearing loans on these assets since 1941.
How would you feel if you put your money in a bank and that bank arbitrarily denied you access to your money for eighty years? And then lies about it and says she doesn't know who the depositor is? That the funds are “ownerless”?
I am the Trustee of the D'Avila Trust, in my capacity as trustee for the United States of America, speaking on behalf of the heirs and beneficiaries, all living people of this country and ultimately the planet: It is time this criminal nonsense has an end, and literally everyone in the world has an interest in helping me end it.
There are more than 5.000 family and institutional trusts that the banks are trying to expropriate in this way.

Money is a symbol. Life is the only value. And the debt owed back to the living people is long overdue.
The actual ownership is known. It has already been decided. There is no confusion about it. Not a single peso was "given up". Every bank and every government is responsible and liable.
On the back of the overall transaction, the interest and returns were paid by living people who did not owe a penny to the governments that have benefited from the Marshall Plan and the European Economic Recovery Plan. All of this debt has been passed on to living individuals through legal harassment and commercial fraud.
The families' material assets were confiscated under fraudulent conditions by the banks dealing in the assets of the D'Avila Family Trust, in direct violation of the Trust Deed, which stipulates that this money is to be used to help humanity up and to break the chains of ignorance and poverty.
The banks were free to use and invest the credit generated from the D'Avila Trust's assets, but they charged usurious interest rates in excess of 500% on many mortgages that living people never owed.
These banks have been protected in these egregious crimes by bar members, military contractors and politicians who have enriched themselves at the cost of millions of lives, homes and families.
As I speak, thousands of Americans are being physically evicted from their homes for failing to pay off mortgages they never owed. Armed criminals, operating under the guise of the law, have committed unauthorized trespasses against private property at the behest of these banks benefiting from the assets of the D'Avila Family Trust and inflicted that crime on the living people whom the trust assets actually serve and help they should raise.
Shame on the generals who went along with this and allowed this to get a share of the profits.
Shame on the Roman Catholic Church and its collection agency known as the Internal Revenue Service and IRS and their venal, abusive claim to possess the names of living people and those names and the assets associated with them as collateral and as a basis for employment contracts without disclosure and without permission to use.
Shame on the banks and the bankers who have so grossly exploited the D'Avila Family Trust, the heirs and intended beneficiaries of the trust, with the help of corrupt British corporations who have committed much of this crime against humanity.
Shame on all who have tried to deny heirs access to their own deposits and claim that those deposits have been forfeited.

Shame on those who whipped and beat, harassed and expelled and stole the physical assets of living people using credit and usury based on the use of assets that never belonged to them.
Proceeds from these 153 country assets belong to the D'Avila Family Trust and are owed to the trust's intended beneficiaries - all of humanity.
All people who have fallen victim to the selfishness, scams and false commercial claims promoted by these banks must be fully compensated.
Disclosure of the federal court order so far has uncovered (see below) the banks holding assets acquired through the estate of Severino Garcia STA. Romana are covered. There are many more banks and accounts with assets that will be exposed if we proceed with the disclosures as ordered by the federal courts:

Additional banks and institutions will be added to this list as compensation and discovery progress. In the meantime, don't buy wood nickels.
There may be Filipinos who are members of the D'Avila family, and if so, it will be determined by blood tests and DNA - not by any claims based on Ferdinand Marcos' position as family attorney.

Please note that while the D'Avila Family Trust is very large, there are other very large trusts that have been arbitrarily charged by these wrongdoers.
The VK Durham Trust is an American Silver Trust that was similarly held captive, deceived and looted by these criminals. The Guadalupe Hidalgo Treaty Trust's assets were illegitimately confiscated by the Bank of England, and the list goes on.
These problems are not unique to America. The people of Germany and Russia are entitled to an estimated ten billion tons of gold, which most recently disappeared into the vaults of the Bank of England.
It is to everyone's advantage to spread this information far and wide and put pressure on the military, the politicians and the banks responsible for this continued crime and failure to comply with our laws and customs.
Depositors have a right to have their deposits returned, otherwise they would have no reason to invest in banks at all.
Like the institution of government, if a government does not protect you and your wealth, then it has no valid purpose.
A bank that exists to control, encumber and steal depositors' money, whether small or large, has no valid purpose.
Please join us in our efforts to end this grotesque corruption, put an end to all false claims that World War II was in any way unregulated, and demand the return of private wealth to its rightful owners.
You can assist me in my role as trustee and officer overseeing this mess by sharing this information and informing law enforcement, military and political leaders, and bank officials accordingly. So far, this has been an enormous effort, since the heirs and actual trustees had no means to take action against this gigantic theft and fraud.
Put yourself in their shoes. You're fabulously rich, but you live like a serf with no money to fight the banks.
You want to fund humanitarian projects around the world and fulfill your ancestors' dream of "breaking the shackles of poverty and ignorance", but you are prevented from doing so by white-collar criminals who use your own fortune to pay other criminals to kill you pursue and intimidate.
Despite all of this, the heir to the D'Avila Family Trust has won his cases and deserves our support, both in enforcing the law and on a personal level. Prosecuting these banks costs money and takes skill and time, and at the end of the day we are left with a piece of paper awaiting enforcement of the court orders. We are left to enforce them ourselves, which takes more time, more skills and more money.

The banks need to be regulated. Otherwise you can't trust them. If the D'Avila Family Trust assets can be stolen by the banking mafia, why not yours too?
Quite apart from the humanitarian and developmental support that the Trust can and will provide to each of us, we all have a vested interest in honest banking and honest business practices.
Without these foundations, the world cannot long survive or live at peace.
Personally, I believe that much of the corruption and violence of the past two hundred years can be attributed to the corrupt banks, corrupt military and corrupt politicians who have undermined proper accounting standards, deregulated the banks and stock exchanges, and fostered a lawless business environment.
If you are tired of being the billy goat in this situation, join us. Sending your thoughts, prayers and any reasonable donation you can make to help end this situation to:
