In 1871 a seditious act was carried out by the government. A coup was made to rewrite the Constitution and place WE THE PEOPLE in all capitals under a new social contract that transformed the United States of America into the new corporation of the United States of America that had the power of Us transferred the people and the constitution to the new corporation.
As they did so, the citizens of the United States became the property of the corporation, which was centered in Washington DC. This action made Washington DC a FOREIGN ENTITY on American soil of sovereign states. It was established through a loan from the Vatican when DC was converted into a city-state, and that corporate entity then ruled over the people.
Their civil rights were taken from them in the process. Nobody realized this.
1. No land can be transferred to a company. Just try putting a duck in a piece of paper and see what happens.
2. What they were trying to achieve was a different type of action. They posed and latched on to our unincorporated federation of states to trade as the United States of America, and established and incorporated them as a municipal corporation franchise (permitted by the usurping Corporations Act of 1870) . The problem with this is that no one who voted for this action had a legitimate right to do so.
Please note that it is customary and permissible to start a business without legal personality, and there is nothing in the constitutions that dictates the type of business our federal subcontractors take.
The sticking points are:
(1) the Corporations Act of 1870 was a usurpation of rights never granted to the United States local government, and null and void from the outset; (2) any act that a company incorporates under this Act is also null and void;
(3) no one who tried to enclose the United States of America by issuing an alike-looking, alike-sounding, commercial corporation deed and publishing it as "The Constitution of the United States of America" - which happened in 1868, or who then tried to Transferring our federation's assets as movable property to that body by the 1871 Act had any right to do any of it.
An action brought without legal standing is null and void. If it wasn't, I could sell your home and take the profit without asking questions. Our American Federal Republic ceased to function in 1860, along with the Confederation.
As a result, the functions and powers of both the Confederation and the Federal Republic of America were at stake, and instead of doing the honorable thing and assisting in the reconstruction, the Holy See and the Queen and Lord Mayor of the City of London have all conspired against the limits of the constitutions and legal harassment used to gut and cup their innocent employers, the American states and the American people, under the guise of law.
