We were with her until her last breath and we played her these sounds. It was a strange stillness as her soul left the body and wandered to a place where there is no pain, no hunger, and no thirst. Both my wife and I experienced this moment when time seemed to stand still.
Sally has enriched our being here for 9 years. She is estimated to be 17 years old. She liked to explore the world and put herself in hopeless situations. In such a situation, we got to know and saved her. And then she stayed for a long time.
The frequencies are actually intended to get a grip on sleep problems in furry friends. But why not play them to your beloved dogs when they are at the vet on their last trip? Just transfer it to your phone. Veterinarians will understand this and will not be able to refuse.

Our grief will fade away. New beings will enter our lives and enrich us with their being. It has always been like this. Not to be forgotten: cats, hedgehogs, squirrels that keep us busy in the here and now.
By the way: We included Josie, her playmate, in Sally's transition... both in the dying phase and at the funeral. He's sad, but he got a degree. He doesn't have to search and hope. This grief will also disappear for him, at the latest when he is dealing with a new playmate.
And we create a better world for them.
