le tribunal admet the qualification de l'assureur considérant, juridiquement, l'adhésion à l'expérimentation de phase trois, dont l'innocuité prouvé est inexistante, sera au vu des effets secondaires annoncés dont le décès, comme un prize de risque mortelle volontaire non couvert par le contrat et juridiquement admis comme un suicide. La family a fait appel. Mais la defense de l'assureur est admise comme fondée et contractuellement juste car cette prize de risque mortelle connue et publique est comme un suicide juridiquement car le client a été notifié et a accepté de prendre volontairement le risque de mourir sans en être obligé ou forcé . Par consequently le décès après vaccin est considered comme un suicide par les tribunaux ! Les assureurs ne rembourserons pas les emprunts non plus car la prize de risque mortelle du vaccin vous exclu de fait du contrat devenant caduque. Bien entendu cette information est passed à plusieurs reprises sur all les medias nationaux. N'est-ce pas ?
