Having served all possible due legal remedies upon the Holy See and the various members and officials of the organizations responsible, and we have determined that the only reasonable and truthful remedy is the provision of prepaid credit to all people on earth and the payment of government services and infrastructure development without recourse to any form of taxation, along with the abolition of the Internal Revenue Service and all other private sector organizations, we issue full disclosure.
The sources for this prepaid credit are: (1) by the hand of the True God; (2) a legacy of investments and arrears owed to our ancestors and to us for six generations; (3) a credit for liens established against wrongful confiscations, non-payment and false claims; and (4) repayment of tangible assets owed to us individually and collectively.
The pre-existing credit, which comes from the investment of material assets of the living population, is to be distributed directly through credit accounts set up with national wealth institutes.
These accounts are used to pay for all reasonable and customary expenses for the living people and to ensure a comfortable and just life for everyone born on this planet; it is our intention to solve the problems of waste disposal, chemical pollution, quality food and water, housing and clean energy without further delay.
We don't see overpopulation as a problem; ancient records confirm that the earth was once home to a population of over 500 billion people.
We do not recognize the existence of a "national debt" in this or any other country where residents have been forced to exchange actual goods and services for private bank notes; such a debt is solely the fault of the perpetrators of these machinations, not of the nations that have fallen victim to them or of the peoples who have been forced to use this “legal tender”.
A world based on credit rather than debt is much to be desired and cherished because it reflects eternal truth, inspires friendship, and promotes and preserves peace.
We are aware of the potential problems of greed, gluttony and sloth; but like all potential failures, they must be met with a determination to educate and inspire. Everyone who receives the prepaid credit will be informed of where this generosity came from, and all educational efforts will include a transparent admission of our shared divine origins and purpose.
The true nature of creation and the actual history of this planet has been hidden until this hour when it comes to us who are ready and in harmony, willing to do what must be done to protect the living people, too to preserve, educate and care for those who have long existed as abandoned orphans in their own father's home.
We have envisioned a worldwide expansion of our family on a global basis and are ready to welcome all people of all cultures, religions and races, anyone and everyone from all walks of life, all those willing, goodwill, kindness, sharing , respect for each individual's natural gifts and rights, to embrace compassion and joy worthy of freedom.
To this end, we established the Global Family International Trade Bank and the Global Family Commercial Bank to transform the world financial system from a system of debt, usury, lies and oppression to a harmless, truthful, transparent and beneficial system.
We are redefining banks in general as “affluent institutions” that need very little regulation or oversight because transparency eliminates the opportunity for fraud and money laundering. It is no longer profitable to do evil things.
Instead, in the prosperity system, you profit by investing in good things for good reasons.
Nations benefit by investing in their people, improving their workforce, promoting education and maintaining health - and by investing in their land, soil and water resources, thereby increasing their net worth and the value of their currency. Individuals benefit from investments in their skills and talents, new technologies, useful services and visionary projects.
In the global system of prosperity, the daily question is, "What can I do to make the world a better place?" and not, "Who can I trick, murder, steal, or swindle today?"
Businesses may be allowed to the extent that they work faithfully to improve and sustain life, but we owe no support to organizations that are unaccountable and focused on finding more efficient ways to kill the living and to cheat – including their employers and insurers.
We want both the Department of Defense and the DOD to be dissolved and each armed service reduced to its departmental functions under our civilian command structure, which will operate on an interim basis as our Peacekeeping Task Force.
Contracting with SERCO as paymaster is untenable as SERCO was one of the main accomplices in developing the current situation and as well as the CIA, Inc. must be dissolved. Much like the FBI, the CIA has been misguided by evil men and women who want to profit from crime and politics instead of providing protection or justice to their real employers, the people of this country.
All defense service providers and all contractors must focus on defending our nations against international criminals and preparing for the inevitable challenges of space. To that end, we wish for the end of all occupying powers run by self-serving corporations that have enriched themselves at the expense of the people they are meant to serve.
For example, the people of Terra Australis were occupied by British Empire territorial forces posing as Australia (Inc.) and by municipal concessions posing as AUSTRALIA (INC.). These supposed “service” organizations have occupied the country and oppressed the people living there for profit, stealing ownership of their assets, imposing arbitrary taxes, using people and their assets as collateral for loans, and generally against the interests of their employers and benefactors have worked in a consistently lawless and selfish manner.
The same pattern exists in the United States, where the subcontractors of the territorial governments have invaded our country with our own armed forces under the pretense of a "trade war."
The same perpetrators have organized themselves as corporations named after us and the legitimate governments of other countries, and have stolen the identities of our respective government(s) in order to seize our credit and natural resources, in exactly the same way as Credit card hackers who steal identities and credit resources of individuals.
We have seen the violence this form of "government" incites and the horrific cost of the wars that inevitably result, and in no instance where these legal fictional entities have deployed themselves has there been any public understanding of theirs nature or the results of their activities. There is no mutual agreement or meeting of spirits that would allow this usurpation against the living people.
For example, Joe Biden is ordering his lackeys and subcontractors to blow up Russia's Nord Stream pipelines, throwing large parts of Europe into an energy crisis, simply because US subcontractors cannot supply gas to Europe at a competitive price.
We have NATO, Inc., which violates international law, assassinated legitimately elected governments, installed puppet governments, and then ordered those governments to house illicit bioweapons research and production facilities. These same corporations have encouraged the money laundering, drug, arms and slave trade, kidnapping and sale of children and young people, and other violent, despicable and repugnant crimes in the modern world.
They all need to be taken out of funding and we want them to be financially wound up immediately, with all paymaster accounts and functions transferred to our control without further apology or delay.
We have WHO, INC. trying to further disempower national governments under the pretense of a consensual public health interest that does not exist, and we have Joe Biden professing to have the authority to cede our national sovereignty, even though all he controls are his own employees - the ones who are actually on his company's payroll.
This form of fraudulent coercion by force and under the guise of the law is a crime that cannot and will not be tolerated.
When corporations are involved in crimes and that crime results in harm to living people, those corporations must be liquidated. UN CORP and WHO must go.
Seeking the benefits of corporation, all of these organizations have accepted public oversight and subjected their operations to the ecclesiastical law that governs the existence of corporations. They are all feral, engaged in compulsive, fraudulent and damaging criminal activity and therefore need to be dismantled.
Past experience has shown that as long as the veil is not lifted over companies and the perpetrators are not held accountable for their own actions, nothing changes. They just choose a different name, start a different company and carry on with the same criminal and destructive things.
We wish that the Vatican Chancery and the Pope would take away the corporate veil they have covered themselves with and forbid them from exercising the corporate privilege again.
It is high time for these corporations to be dismantled, for these mercenary forces to return home, and for the nations of Earth to be liberated from the Raj-like British-American Territorial Occupation Forces who have imposed a form of corporate feudalism while pretending to represent the free nations of the world.
We, the living people and peoples and lawful persons, represent the free nations of the world. We are the actual government of the United States in international jurisdiction, and we desire these disloyal subcontractors, organized as commercial enterprises, to be liquidated, financially dispossessed, and thrown out of the positions of trust they have unlawfully held.
We claim the assets and control of all corporations created “in our name” and under the umbrella of our government, and we desire the immediate liquidation of the organizations involved in the territorial takeover scheme and depopulation agenda.
We do not authorize Joe Biden or his administration to spend billions of dollars of our credit in Ukraine, and we desire an immediate cessation of hostilities by all G-7 and G-20 "government service companies" dedicated to the natural national governments of Europe, of the former Commonwealth and Japan.
We are aware of the international treaties that created Ukraine as a separate state and nation. We know that these agreements have allowed Russia to do what Russia has done and that the international community, represented by the G-20, is well aware of this fact, and yet the hypocrites have failed to recognize this fact admit to the general public in America, Europe, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and other places.
The failure of these commercial "government services" to admit that Russia is acting in a legal and lawful capacity, which was foreseen as an uncomfortable possibility at the time of the founding of modern-day Ukraine, and that Russia's actions are 100% justified by: (1) the agreements made under the said contracts; (2) the violent assassination of Ukraine's elected government by Western mercenaries; (3) the subsequent spread of NATO criminal activities in Ukraine, including but not limited to: construction of banned bioweapons research and production facilities in Ukraine, establishment of Ukraine-based criminal networks powered by kidnapping, enslavement, gambling , illegal arms trafficking, organ harvesting, money laundering, illegal drug production and trafficking, and other heinous crimes — all of which are never mentioned in the so-called free press, with the result that more than half the world's population has been duped into another terrible war involved for profit.
Despite the deals and agreements the G-20 corporations have with Russia, they have all pretended that Russia is the problem in the current scenario, while the real problem is their own criminality, the G-20's grotesque misdirection and mismanagement -Corporations and their endless usurpations against the legitimate national governments they are meant to serve.
We wish that all these territorial and municipal bodies of the post-WWII era would be dissolved. We want legitimate, full disclosure national elections to take place within the next six months. It is time for the so-called American Civil War, World War I and World War II to come to an end; it is also time that every prejudiced “Third World War” was ended by liquidating the trading companies responsible and holding their managers accountable.

In the name of our country, our fifty sovereign states, and all our nations, we are more than rich enough; no one anywhere has reason to ask for more. The resources belonging to living people, which have been unlawfully, illegally, and immorally confiscated by the so-called commercial service corporations, are more than sufficient to provide for the plentiful physical sustenance of living people and the nurturing of this entire planet, without wars over for profit's sake, without any kind of coercive taxation and without any invasive surveillance of living people.
We want lawful and prayer wheel-like action to end this crime spree that has lasted more than 400 years. We endorse the simple, transparent means we have provided for distributing prepaid credit and wealth-backed money worldwide.
Attached is a list of companies violating the law; this list is by no means complete. We expect it will be at least ten years before the worst offenders can be brought to justice.
