Their “states” are actually governmental trusts/foundations and quasi-governmental/governmental economic organizations. They are not our physically defined states of the Union at all. They never were. You never will be either.
Their "states" are so-called "unfinished" or "incomplete" states that lack physical substance of their own.
When the Insular Tariff Laws were enacted in the early 1900s, Judge Harlan determined that they would lead to mischief -- mischief based on the United States' possessions being interpreted as a viable basis for a competing government to rule over land and soil.
The current attempt to subdue the actual states of the Union using undefined "states" and "entities of the United States" to bypass the actual American government is exactly the kind of disaster that Judge Harlan could foresee.
These half-baked "states" are doing their best to smash the world on a wooden nickel, but a lie is a lie and remains a lie no matter how you try to hide and deny it.

A possession of the United States is not the United States.
Anyone who cares can find the speech in which former President Obama referred to "our 57 states." He refers to the incomplete states, the island states and the US possessions as "states". All fifty-seven are constructed as State Trusts and State-of-State Business Organizations, and none of them have anything to do with our States and our people and the people.
Your legislation does not apply to us.
Your mandates and requirements do not apply to us.
It will forever stand in the public record that our government is made up of republican states, not democratic states, and not theocratic states.
Therefore it should be fairly easy for any thinking man or woman to conclude that when they speak of "states" they are speaking in code and referring to their states as if they were our states, while their states are really nothing more than corporate franchises of various kinds, and our states are physically defined, with rocks, trees, water, landmarks and borders.
It should also be self-evident to any thinking legal professional that the people living in our states are not subject to the legislation prepared by and addressed to our public employees and their families.
So the G20 agreements regarding the VAX “passports” in no way affect the rights of living people/people who are not government figures or PERSONS to travel freely, use our own money, use our own land and soil under of our own power and not bothering with "laws" directed at corporations and their franchises and their officials and employees.
The shenanigans - or as I call it, The Great Fraud - is over.
