Last week I sent a heartfelt message to the people of Ireland who are restless and rioting and are seeing another British-led debacle looming.

You need three people who have registered and recorded their claims to function as founders of the bank and four volunteers to run the bank. The paperwork is pre-made and ready to use.

All you need are three people assuming their correct political status, four volunteers, names and addresses, and a name for:

(1) Your National Commercial Bank and

(2) the associated wholly-owned commercial banking subsidiary.

For example, we might soon see: The Danish Restoration Bank, an international commercial bank, and DANSK, a wholly-owned commercial subsidiary bank, in operation.

This bilateral banking system is what is to be introduced worldwide. The international commercial banks all operate under public law, and as the owners of the commercial banks, you keep them in check. Without this oversight, commercial banks will succumb to crime - just as they did.

We all have to do this because it looks like nobody is safe - not the companies and not even the living people.

So every country on earth, and all people on that part of the land and soil, should be highly motivated and encouraged, but also move at breakneck speed to remake their banking operations.

As soon as the bank is named, staffed and established, it is time for those responsible to sign a simple universal banking agreement that connects them with the Global Family Bank and all the other member banks in our global network of International Trade Banks.

And then, guess what?

You too will have access to prepaid credit cards which are not charities or “benefits” - but monies owed to you and your parents and grandparents before you.

These vendor cards will be available to pay off various types of debt, mortgages, medical bills, utility bills, and student loans, for example.

And they will make a difference in millions of lives. So if you weren't motivated before, now you're getting motivated.
