You, the average American, would never have paid a dime on any mortgage, tax bill, service, or loan from a commercial bank or US corporation. No way.
This is “codified” as 12 USC 95a in relation to gold and silver thefts: transaction settlement in foreign currencies (remember, you are a “non-resident alien” from your consideration) of gold and silver; Ownership Transfers, Aquis, Interest, Enforcement, and Penalties (Part 2).

You, the Federal Employees, stole 20.000 tons of your privately held gold, admittedly. And then they stole your silver by exchanging it for Federal Reserve Notes; which are nothing more than paper promissory notes and they did so at face value, with interest imposed on you for the privilege.
See the National Banking Emergency Act of 1933, which allows non-consensual "one-to-one" currency exchange - our silver dollars in exchange for their paper bills (IOUs) as if they were equivalent.
All US federal corporations - the big banks, Walmart, Microsoft, etc. - are "federally bound" franchises (although the Corporations Act of 1870 is apparently a fraud and this has yet to be addressed) through their IRS Employee Identification Number and Federal Reserve Business Bank Accounts.
They are all obliged to deliver goods and services to you and to settle any debts that YOU may incur. You order the goods or services, they add up the costs and equal (“offset”) the bottom line to zero and release the items that have been paid for in advance to you.
Be it a house, a student loan, a car or an electricity bill - everything that is addressed to YOU qualifies for billing.
The way they put it is that all Commercial Public Debt Obligations are covered by the UNITED STATES, INC. (and its actual franchises) who is the real debtor in every transaction that takes place in the commercial field in that country.
So as you can see now, it is impossible for you, the living men or women who are American (and not US citizens or citizens of the United States) to owe anything to a US corporation because of any debt directed to YOU are already paid in advance.
Any debt directed to a notional US PERSON on your NAME is eligible for set-off. Corporations are required to repay their debts to you through Mutual Offset Credit Exchange Exemption, and then the "Temporary Loss" as a tax credit.
None of this has ever been fairly or accurately disclosed to the American public, and when a tiny number of eligible Americans were ever able to claim the exemption, the remedy itself was effectively denied by non-disclosure, the personalization fraud scheme that has us redefined as community citizens of the United States (and therefore not for exemption) and corporate non-compliance.
Read that again, America - any bill or claim or lien or statement attached to YOUR NAME in any capital letter or style - is a debt addressed to a US Federal Public Person, not you; You are not required to pay them. The company presenting the invoice is obliged to offset it as a tax credit.
The purpose of this is to compensate you for the gold that was stolen from your grandparents and the silver that was stolen from you. Whatever bills are addressed to YOU that you are trying to settle is literally prepaid and part of the debt to you as an American.
But first you have to be an American and declare and record your political status via birthright because we are the ones who were the first to be stolen the gold and silver.
And remember, the same hooligans purposely misidentified you as a territorial US citizen and a local US citizen, both in an effort to defraud you of your appeal.
