It is important to understand that this alien and specialized international law of the sea has been inappropriately and universally applied to people "as if" we were all such "persons" through a secret process of "registration" used by the Popes and the British monarchs were installed to expand their power base and their tax powers.
We have been “registered” as persons - not as humans - almost since we were born.
If we want to exercise our legal guarantees such as our constitutional rights, we have to correct this “registration” and have our legal status entered over it.
This process of denying registration and masking it with proper public registration is actually pretty straightforward.
Here in America, we claim our names, political status, and property, including our DNA, with a simple unilateral statement that we put together with a few powerful testimonies from people who know us and our families well enough to attest that we are who we claim to be and that we were born in a particular family, at a particular time and place within the boundaries of this land.
That's it.
We can also certify that we are not a “Voluntary Trading Participant” and are seeking exemption from the Federal Reserve Act and related laws.
Then we are free to establish our “other” legal system and enforce our constitutional rights and prosecute the people responsible for the bad behavior of these companies for the criminals they are.
We simply need to return to our legal system of justice instead of allowing our employees to promote a legal system of administration instead.
Please note that justice is a concept that does not relate to business relationships or war, and that administration is a concept that only relates to things.
If you want a judicial system that treats us men and women, we have to take care of it ourselves, and if we want to regain control of the runaway corporations we have to use the country's international law to bring them to justice.
