This is in accordance with Universal Law and is abundantly confirmed by our earthly experience. A monarchy may be of some use as a resilient or protective institution, as we have served in the present moment advancing public law, but the ever-changing nature of heredity and culture means that without a conscious sharing of the burden of governance, people are too easily misled and abused by relatively few individuals who manipulate commodity markets and currencies and legal systems and mercenary armies.
Our conclusion?
People must be taught to govern themselves, to think for themselves, to choose the right thing and know what is right, to grow up and discipline themselves, to exercise the full range of their potential as individuals, to have responsibilities and rights perceive.
They have to be given the education, the insight, and the resources to do this.
