This is a reply to a congregation member who did his best to correspond with me but didn't realize that I get so many emails and hadn't read his first email...so I got the wrong impression of his second email and so it goes on with the misunderstandings...
As it turns out, he got me thinking about many of the issues our congregations are struggling with, so I offer a "big picture" view that can help everyone:

lol Friendly fire. Please be aware of a difference between the The United States of America and “the” United States of America to do--and teach the rest of the congregation to do the same. I did not receive your earlier letter and it was not clear to me which congregation is being addressed - or even if the congregation being addressed is one of ours at all.
There are at least three "conventions" in each state - and our,
can district assembly of the state and finally, the Parish (district) assembly, plus, thanks to a lot of stupid military interference, we have other types of ad hoc "assemblies" purporting to represent this or that group.
Anyone who calls me a "Vatican agent" should get a copy of my first book, Disclosure 101, shoved up their ass.

In fact, the "proof" these people offer is taken (out of context) from Disclosure 101, and all you have to do is read the book.
I spent seven years giving the Pope's employees a resignation and due process. It has been another seven years to now early 2021 since all of this was completed and the liquidation of UNITED STATES, INC. has begun. I have never spoken to Francis and have never received an “official” reply to any published letters, other than back channel replies, since he took office. Judging by his actions, he is a communist and seems keen to express his political beliefs above and beyond all religious beliefs. He also appears to be very commercial and profit oriented, judging from the Peter's Pence scandal.
As for the meetings….
Those who don't want to do their job - peacefully and with common sense approach the organizational effort needed to get the congregation up and running, those who want "revenge" on dead men, those who are in their own struggle Entangled with corporate government and only come to the meeting expecting a “magic bullet” to pull their own chestnuts out of the fire — need to be quieted and their minds straightened.
We find that many marginalized groups and people who are trying to shirk responsibility for their own actions come to meetings asking for help. But the task of the congregation now is to organize itself so that it CAN help. No matter how compelling individual cases are, it's like the flight attendant telling you to put on your own oxygen mask FIRST. We also have people who come and try to commandeer meetings and make the meeting what they individually and personally think it is or should be.
That does not work either.
There are definitions and there is logic. The simple fact that a state assembly is defined as all those claiming political status from birth (or accepting the state after being legally naturalized) living within the state's borders does not please the elitists among us who want only their religion included, or only their race, or only their cronies. These people need to join a county or community assembly where such "private grievances" can be aired and nurtured to one's heart's content — but without impeding the public progress of the actual state assembly, a state assembly in which all can and want to attend.
It is interesting to note that when this first started there was a confusion between "state" and "federal" — that is, between actual state government and the "state of state" / "government" business organization that performs functions and provides services for the state/in place of the real state.
But we sorted all of this out a long time ago, and this isn't the time for it to pop back up here and concern us again.
Instead, it's time for people to understand the structure of their own government.
The United States of America operates on the international arena on behalf of the states. They are an instrument of all states acting together.
I, as Trustee, have clearly defined functions, one of which is to protect and preserve the assets of all States.
This occasionally puts me at odds with congregation members trying to "chisel" something material for themselves apart from their own private property interests. These people need to be reminded that while their interest in their own property is unlimited, their interest in any state's public property is limited to the "share" to which the current issues are naturally entitled to them. Everyone in the state must be notified, exposed, and given a chance to come forward and declare their political status. Those who seek to seize the assembly process and even state assets for their own benefit must have their hands tied and not be reduced to their henchmen.
The other members of each assembly should be even more wary of such characters than I am, for while I have no personal interest in what your state is doing with its resources, any member of the assembly stands to lose very much by not recognizing the problem and their neglecting their own duties as a henchman for the wrong purposes.
We've also had some "personality issues" — where the unique abilities and limitations that people bring to a task rub against one another; it's not that one person is "good" and another is "bad," just that their skills, history, and perspective are radically different, and instead of trying to help each other and appreciate each other's skills, have they compete against each other in a way that is not helpful or appropriate in the context of a state assembly. I call this the corporate mirror problem.
Many of us have trained our teeth in highly competitive corporate environments and after 20, 30, 40, 50 or 60 years in these environments it is difficult for these people to realize that they are in a different role and in a different type of organisation are. These high-level “corporate types” need constant reminding that the Assembly is NOT a corporation. There is no big pecking order here. The Chairman of the Assembly is a speaker of the Assembly, not its "President". The judges don't sit in court in person - the jury does.
It's a whole different world.
So if you have people who are having a hard time breaking away from the image of a corporation and a tycoon, gently but steadily and consistently remind them: This is not a corporation, this is not a corporation, this is not a corporation... until finally they adjust their assumptions and take in the glory of what an assembly is.
Finally, we also get our share of paranoiacs — people who, for whatever reason, including prior experience with the “government” idiots — are paranoid and sense and see every kind of danger they think lurks behind every bush. You have to take them by the hand and make them understand that dealing with the problems that lie ahead is actually no more difficult than learning to drive on your own side of the road.
Right now, our government "service providers" are in turmoil. Their companies are being dismantled by bankruptcy procedures they cannot control and they don't know what to do about it. It doesn't occur to them that the people of this country are the primary creditors and their employers, so they need to beware and befriend us instead of stepping up their efforts to squeeze more credit from us.
Generations of ignorance and corruption have led our employees to think they are in charge and also to disrespect the people who are, in fact, their employers.
A corrupt court and tax system has only reinforced their assumptions.
Now that this system is exposed and collapsing, they don't know what to do.
The Democrats trying to usurp what's left of the federal government through electoral theft.
The Republicans can't seem to find their own butts with both hands, let alone what to do with the RINOs in their own ranks.
And what can we do about it?
We must act as employers in this situation and demand that they all straighten up and get back on course.
Standing firm and knowing who we are is the most valuable thing we, the Americans who organize our state assemblies, can do.
First of all, we are parties to the federal constitutions, and we owe every guarantee from the other principals involved — including the Lord Mayor of London, the Queen and the Pope.
Our foreign federal employees have no such position to enforce or benefit from the federal treaties and constitutions, but we do.
The more of us who join the assemblies, the easier it is for us to enforce the constitutions and to get more people on their feet and to realize that it's not just about enforcing the constitutions, it's also about that more people are getting on their feet and realizing that political parties are alien to us, we are alien to the country title and these federal subcontractors – both territorial and local – are alien to us.
Let me give you an example to take to your meetings.
These federal corporations can make their employees and dependents do whatever they want as a condition of continued employment or dependency.
They can force “their citizenry” to wear uniforms, get vaccinated, or do whatever they want.
But there is not a single word in any federal or state constitution that gives any corporation or its employees the ability to compel us people and people to do anything related to our health or any "public health" issue.
Your opinions about medical processes and procedures and therapies do not count and cannot be enforced on us. Why actually?
Because our private interest in our bodies and health is unlimited, and our public interest is limited to our "part" in the whole.
They don't employ us and we don't depend on them, so they can throw themselves to the wind.
Instead, we employ them and they depend on us. And it is our "job" as assemblies to bring these and similar points to those who have forgotten who we are and who they are.
When our congregations stop with the petty politics and the "silly stuff," we can turn to the real and very important work of the congregations, which is to direct the activities of our workers and find a way forward for this entire country.
We advised Mr. Trump that:
(1) he's just one with a contract;
(2) he may retain his office as Commander-in-Chief and
(3) he may accept the proper office of President of the United States of America.
This allows him to walk between worlds and deftly overrides any claim that Joe Biden is “President” of anything but a bankrupt and now defunct municipal corporation.
